The bad news is that Ashley Greene and her lawyers will sue you to kingdom come if you publish them on the internet, as The Sun reports: In a bid to stop the candid snaps, which feature one full frontal photograph, from spreading, the furious star's lawyer is warning websites against posting the pictures. A statement from her legal representative reads: "The photos in question, which appear to be of our client, are illegal and are being unlawfully displayed. Our client intends to take legal action."

Police found a crack pipe and prescription pills in the Manhattan apartment, said a law enforcement official, who spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because the investigation was ongoing. Paramedics had to break down the door before they found him, shirtless and wearing sweatpants, in his bed around 5:20 p.m. on Friday, the official said.

Billboard reports: Three days after her performance of new single "Party in the U.S.A." at the Teen Choice Awards, Miley Cyrus is still facing controversy over the risqu� number, which featured a prominent pole and some questionable dance moves. The sixteen-year-old singer emerged onstage wearing a tank top, hip-hugging shorts and boots and at one point straddled what resembled a stripper pole protruding from an ice cream cart. Fans immediately took to the Internet to debate over whether Cyrus' performance was inappropriate for her age and young fanbase, while Disney Channel, the home to Cyrus' "Hannah Montana" show, seemed eager to avoid being linked to the controversy.

Forensic tests found the anesthetic propofol combined with at least two sedatives to kill Jackson, according to the official, who spoke Monday on condition of anonymity because the findings have not been publicly released. Based on those tests, the Los Angeles County Coroner has ruled the death a homicide, the official said. The coroner's homicide ruling does not necessarily mean a crime was committed. The Los Angeles Times details those two incidents: The first incident allegedly occurred about three months earlier, in Europe, when Brown and Rihanna were in a "verbal dispute," according to the report, which cited detectives investigating the case. She slapped him and Brown responded by shoving her into a wall, the report alleged. Three weeks before the February incident, Brown and Rihanna were in Barbados, driving a Range Rover lent to them by a local dealership when they had an argument inside the car, according to the report. Brown got out and broke both the front driver and passenger side windows, the report alleged. No one was injured.

Tybee Island Police Chief Jim Price said Wednesday that Mark McLeod, 53, of Appling was arrested after Walt Disney Pictures security officers reported he had returned to the beachside movie set Sunday after police warned him to stay away in June. "He was asking for Miley and going up and knocking on some doors" of beach homes near the set, Price said. "The security guards recognized him. In fact, he went up to the security guards and asked them, 'Is Miley around?'"
