And you know what red band means - gratuitous Megan Fox nudity. Or it means you briefly see the side of her boob and she swears once. It's a secret. If Megan Fox is going to be taken seriously as an actress rather than a piece of tabloid fodder who looks like a vinyl Angelina Jolie sex doll, then it's time for her to start branching out. Luckily, that's exactly what her new movie Jennifer's Body allows her to do.

The official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because the investigation is ongoing, also provided a glimpse inside Jackson's rented mansion, describing the room Jackson slept in as outfitted with oxygen tanks and an IV drip. Another of his bedrooms was a shambles, with clothes and other items strewn about and handwritten notes stuck on the walls. One read: "children are sweet and innocent." The official said Jackson regularly received propofol to sleep, relying on the drug like an alarm clock. A doctor would administer it when he went to sleep, then stop the intravenous drip when he wanted to wake up. On June 25, the day Jackson died, Dr. Conrad Murray gave him the drug through an IV sometime after midnight, the official said.

In an interview with a Canadian radio station earlier this week, upset Clarkson said, "No one's gonna be sitting at home, thinking, 'Man, Ryan Tedder gave Beyonce and Kelly the same track to write to.' No, they're just gonna be saying I ripped someone off. I called Ryan and said 'I don't understand. Why would you do that?'" And now Tedder, who co-wrote Leona Lewis' megahit Bleeding Love, is breaking his silence over the controversy, admitting the American Idol winner's comments are "hurtful and absurd". He said, "They are two entirely different songs conceptually, melodically and lyrically and I would never try to dupe an artist such as Kelly Clarkson or Beyonce into recording over the same musical track. The idea is both hurtful and absurd."

Since High School Musical 3 wrapped, Vanessa Hudgens has been desperate to appeal to a more adult audience. And that seems to be exactly what she'll do with her new movie Sucker Punch. Admittedly Vanessa Hudgens is trying to appeal to a very specific adult audience - the sort of adult audience that cuts holes in its trouser pockets so that it can masturbate discreetly at the cinema, the sort of adult audience that only became a removal man so that it could steal women's underwear when nobody was looking - because she'll be playing a naked prostitute. But a girl's got to start somewhere. The LA Times reports: "I'm playing a character named Blondie, and it's set in a brothel in the 1950s, so there's not a whole lot of clothes! I think this is my time to really step it up and get to grow up." She talks about her role as a sexy woman "strutting her stuff" and she does things "I would never have imagined doing."

In a new PSA aired at the Washington Nationals game July 5, 16-year-old Jonas, who has Type 1 diabetes, encouraged fans to "text to give" to support children with diabetes. For each person who texts the word "NATS" to 90999, a $5 donation to Children's National Medical Center is billed to the donor's phone bill. The PSA appears on the Children's National website here. Approximately 20 million Americans, including a growing number of children, have been diagnosed with diabetes. Children with diabetes, if it is not managed appropriately, are at risk of developing serious health complications, such as heart disease, kidney disease, blindness, stroke, and loss of circulation resulting in amputation of limbs. There is no cure for diabetes; it is a 24-hour-a-day disease requiring intervention, monitoring, and balancing food choices to maintain a child's health.
