Tybee Island Police Chief Jim Price said Wednesday that Mark McLeod, 53, of Appling was arrested after Walt Disney Pictures security officers reported he had returned to the beachside movie set Sunday after police warned him to stay away in June. "He was asking for Miley and going up and knocking on some doors" of beach homes near the set, Price said. "The security guards recognized him. In fact, he went up to the security guards and asked them, 'Is Miley around?'"

Since Jackson's "Number Ones" came out more than 18 months ago -- in 2003, to be exact -- it is ineligible for the Billboard 200, and instead leads the Comprehensive Albums chart, which combines catalog and current releases. It sold 114,000 copies during the week ended August 2, according to Nielsen SoundScan. Its total for the year now adds up to 1,370,000 copies, moving it past the "Hannah Montana" movie soundtrack (1,338,000) and Eminem's "Relapse" (1,319,000). Only Taylor Swift's "Fearless" (with 1,499,000) stands in Jackson's way as 2009's top seller.

It's the ninth time the band has hit the top spot, vaunting over fellow electro-pop veterans Depeche Mode. Yes, the band's first album on Astralwerks and tenth album overall, debuted at an impressive No. 32 on the Billboard 200, achieving the act's highest position on that chart since 1993's Very debuted at No. 20.
The current administrators of the singer's estate have presented several proposed contracts to a probate judge for approval. The agreements offer a taste of how the King of Pop may be sold in the coming months and years. Trading cards, T-shirts, calendars, lighters, stuffed animals that play Jackson's music and games are among the tangible items being considered. So too are denim products and high-end clothing lines, according to the filings.

His new songs, full of powerful social commentary combined with hope and inspiration, bear witness to the remaking of a man and his struggle to remain free they are a testament to his spiritual journey and proof that the phoenix can, and will, rise from the ashes. - more on this story

At a time when many albums are little more than a collection of randomly pieced together, unrelated songs, the art of crafting an album is often overlooked. For Vision, a title referencing the concept of stripping down illusions in order to share artistic expression and feeling, creating a cohesive album was the main focus for Jern Eye, and one of the biggest progressions for Jern as an artist since his debut album. Jern says, "In comparison to my previous release Authentic Vintage, I think Vision is more self aware. I just appreciate being a little older, and seeing my music in perspective. I think refusing to compromise what I really love about hip-hop reflects on how I made this album." With three years between albums, that artistic maturity will finally be on display as Vision is prepared for release October 13th.
