(Radio.com) The rapid-tongued Brooklyn rapper Azealia Banks takes on Britney Spears' club anthem in a new remix of "Work B*tch." While we ignore the irony that we've been waiting for Banks to release her solo album Broke With Expensive Taste for more than two years now, we can focus on the young rapper's deft lyrical abilities over a beat that feels not unlike her breakout smash, "212."Meanwhile, Spears' original song now comes with a music video, and Britney recently opened up about being sexual at this point in her career on The TJ Show on 103.3 AMP in Boston.
"Oh my God, we showed way more skin and did way more stuff for the video then what is actually there," she told the host. "Like, I cut out half the video because I am a mother and because, you know, I have children, and it's hard to play sexy mom while you're being a pop star as wellI just have to be true to myself and you know, feel it out when I do stuff." Check out the remix here.
