Former Motorhead drummer Mikkey Dee made news last year when he joined the Scorpions and he made news this week when he revealed the German rocker's new album plans.
Dee reportedly made the revelations during an appearance at a news conference for the Hall Of Heavy Metal History induction ceremony, according to Metal Talk.
They report that Dee said that the band, which he says is currently taking a break, has started work on the new effort with an eye towards releasing it in early 2018. Read the report here.
