Styx Star Sued Over Alleged Concert Injury

Styx drummer Todd Sucherman is reportedly being sued by a fan that claims that she suffered facial injuries when he threw a drumstick into the crowd.

Lori Frederick claims in the reported lawsuit that she suffered "serious physical injuries" at the veteran band's concert at the Lakewood Amphitheatre in Atlanta on June 28, 2015, according to Classic Rock.

The local news outlet The Atlanta Journal-Constitution state that the lawsuit alleges that the drummer did not "timely and proper warning" to allow the woman "to fully protect herself from injury."
