(Radio.com) The reissue of Oasis' 1997 album Be Here Now will be released October 7, and to promote it the band has shared a demo from the era as a free download for fans.
"Going Nowhere" was written and recorded in the mid-'90s and will appear on the reissue's second disc of B-sides, demos and extras. Altogether, the three-disc collection includes unvarnished demos, live performances, and a full CD of audio from sessions recorded in Mustique. That's plenty of material for fans of Be Here Now to get a full view of Oasis circa its third studio album.
On another Oasis front, the documentary film Supersonic will come to theaters October 26 and will explore the band through the rise, peak, and ultimate end of the '90s Britpop phenomenon. Liam Gallagher expressed his dismay that brother Noel won't participate in some promotional activity for the documentary.
"So the Ronnie Corbett of rock n roll aka Noel Gallagher not doing press not attending premiere for oasis film 2 words SH BAG LG x," he tweeted. Read more and grab the download link here.
