(Radio.com) A mysterious concert announcement appeared on Ryman Auditorium's website on Friday (September 30). Unknown duo "Sam & Audrey" would be playing a show tonight, October 4 at the legendary Nashville venue, which led some to speculate about whether the names were code for another, more well-known couple. Turns out, they were.
Tim McGraw announced Monday morning (October 3) that he and his wife Faith Hill (whose real names are Samuel Timothy and Audrey Faith) are indeed the enigmatic Sam & Audrey, and they will be performing an entire evening together, and hopefully--likely--singing one of their many duets.
Hill's manager previously denied that the duo listed on Ryman's calendar was McGraw and Hill, but the venue has since updated its site to reflect the name change since the cat is out of the bag (via The Boot). Read more here.
