(Radio.com) deadmau5 is set to release his eighth studio album on Friday (Dec. 2) but fans can get an early listen thanks to a mini-mix preview stream. The five-and-a-half minute synth-heavy teaser for W:/2016ALBUM/ is sure to satisfy most EDM fans.
However, when deadmau5 revealed the release date of the album last month, one fan responded on Twitter that he hopes the tracks are "more relaxed instead of getting seizures from light shows." And judging from deadmau5's response, it looks like the follow-up album to W:/2016ALBUM/ will make the tweeter happy.
"I'm actually considering writing a new album this next 2 months off of just that� I think I already have a title in mind," deadmau5 responded. Listen to the preview here.
