Childish Gambino Announces New Album 'Awaken, My Love!'

(Radio.com) Childish Gambino confirmed a new album entitled "Awaken, My Love!" that will reportedly be released December 2nd, and the first single "Me And Your Mama" is now available to hear.

Rumors about a new album began earlier this week when a photo of upcoming releases posted at an F.Y.E. store began circulating. Childish Gambino's then-unannounced album was among future titles. He confirmed yesterday by tweeting a picture of the cover art along with the album's title.

"Me And Your Mama" is over six-minutes in length and begins with dreamy, lullaby-esque synths that continue even as a heavier beat and a warped synth interplay with that initial sound. Read more here.
