Deadmau5 Releasing New Album In December

(Radio.com) Deadmau5 has set a December 2nd released date for his new album, the first in two years, which will be entitled W:/2016ALBUM/. So how exactly do you pronounce the jumbled title? Simple enough: "W drive 2016 album."

The album marks Deadmau5's eighth, but his first under his new label Mau5trap. W:/2016ALBUM/ will consist of new tracks as well as work he has shared on the web via his Twitch livestreamed sessions.

And it sounds like he won't be slowing down after sharing his latest project. Deadmau5 tweeted early Friday morning (Nov. 4) about the possibility of recording and releasing more new music soon. Read more here.
