Alice In Chains Expand Summer Tour

(hennemusic) Alice In Chains have announced dates for the second leg of a summer US tour. The trek will launch with the Seattle rockers playing five shows with Guns N' Roses starting June 23 in Detroit, MI - while cancelling a previously scheduled July 17 concert at the city's Freedom Hall; the group recently opened a pair of GNR reunion shows in Las Vegas in April.

With the tour set to start at Schnitzer Hall in Portland, OR on July 6, Alice In Chains have added a second show at New York's Beacon Theatre on July 26 (tickets on sale June 8 at 10 am EST) and dates for the second leg in September which begin in Chester, PA on September 17.

Tickets for the newly announced shows will go on sale this week on different days starting Wednesday, so check with your local ticket provider to confirm the time and date for the venue in your area. See the dates here.
