(Radio.com) Elvis Costello & The Imposters have announced a run of fall tour dates. The shows will begin directly following Costello's previously announced solo Detour run.

"You must have known by now that we wouldn't play this kind of show by anyone else's rules," says Costello of the newly announced dates. "You'll hear all the songs that fit the bill; hits and headlines, waifs and strays. In the words of the great Eric Morecambe, 'I am playing all the right notes but not necessarily in the right order.'"

The trek kicks off at the Borgata Casino in Atlantic City, NJ on October 10th. Tickets will go on sale this Friday, July 22nd at Costello's official web site. See the dates here.
