(hennemusic) Alice Cooper has confirmed that The Hollywood Vampires will move forward with their summer tour as guitarist Joe Perry remains hospitalized after collapsing during a show in Coney Island, NY on Sunday.
"Vampires!," tweeted the supergroup's frontman Alice Cooper on Monday. "Confirmed - We WILL see you in Ohio tomorrow night & for the rest of our dates! Thanks for supporting Joe!"
The group are scheduled to perform at the Fraze Pavilion in Kettering, OH on July 12. During the second song of The Hollywood Vampires show at the Ford Amphitheater in Coney Island, Perry stumbled offstage and, according to sources, soon lost consciousness and apparently went into cardiac arrest around 9:30 p.m, with police on the scene reviving him.
