Prince's Cause Of Death Confirmed 2016 In Review

(Classic Rock) In early June it was revealed that the cause of Prince's death was an accidental overdose of the powerful painkiller fentanyl, according to a document linked via a tweet by the Midwest Medical Examiner's Office.
