Steely Dan's Donald Fagen Arrested 2016 In Review

Steely Dan frontman Donald Fagen made the top 16 stories of Jan 2016 after he was arrested for allegedly assaulting his wife at their New York home and was formally charged with on January 5.

Classic Rock reported at the time, the alleged incident took place at the couple's Upper East Side apartment. Fagen, 67, was accused of shoving Libby Titus onto a marble window frame.

According to the New York Times, Fagen appeared at Manhattan Criminal Court and was charged with assault in the third degree, a misdemeanor, and harassment and a violation. Read the original report here.
