Joni Mitchell Makes Rare Public Appearance Since Aneurysm

(Radio.com) In 2014, folk icon Joni Mitchell suffered a brain aneurysm and has seldom been pictured in public since. At the time, rumors swirled that the legend was comatose from the neurological event while dealing with Morgellons Disease, a mysterious condition that causes tactile hallucinations.

Over the weekend, Mitchell appeared at a Chick Corea concert at the Catalina Bar and Grill in Los Angeles, looking well and reassuring her diehard fans that she's on the mend.

Mitchell's website released a photo from the appearance, adding the following note, "We are thrilled to see Joni out and about again!" Read more here.
