(Radio.com) Congratulations to Ringo Starr, who just became a great-grandfather. On August 14, Starr's granddaughter, Tatia Starkey and her partner Adam Low had a son, Stone Zakomo Low.
Starkey is the daughter of Ringo's son, Zak, who is plays drums for The Who. Previously, Zak has played in Ringo's All-Starr Band as well as Oasis. Tatia plays bass and sings in the band Belakiss.
Ringo recently announced a run of fall tour dates with his All-Starr Band. 'I just love playing with this band," he said in a statement to the press. 'I joke that at the end of every tour I think it's the last one and so I fire them. And then we keep finding places we can play and keep it going so I rehire them." Read more here.
