Prince Estate Given Permission to Sell Six Properties

(Radio.com) Nearly four months after Prince's death on April 21st, a judge in Minnesota has given permission for the estate of the late singer to sell six of his properties.

Carver County Judge Kevin Eide is allowing the estate to list the homes, vacant lots and buildings in the singer's former hometown of Chanhassen, Minnesota, reports Billboard,

A commercial building estimated at $22 million and a 156-acre piece of land in Lakes Ann and Lucy which is valued at $13.7 million are two of the properties listed that will be listed on August 26.

But Prince fans can rest easy knowing that his home and recording studio Paisley Park is not being sold. Read more here.
