WRITERS
WANTED!
antiMUSIC is looking for a few new writers
with attitude!
We have more CDs then we can review and
are looking to bring onboard 10-15 contributing CD and live reviewers.
If you have the time to write two or more reviews a month we want to hear
from you.
Due to the downturn in the internet economy
we can not offer compensation for contributing writers or critics at this
time, however if you are looking for the experience or simply wish to contribute
to the antiMUSIC Network, we can offer you free CDs in exchange for your
writing CD reviews and live reviewers will receive comp tickets. Experience
and a high speed Internet connection are preferred but are not necessary.
If you can write convincingly about an artist or CD we want to hear from
you!
CD Reviewers -
antiMUSIC: We have opening for 10 - 15
CD reviewers well versed in any genre.
Most CD reviews range
from 3 to 12 paragraphs identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the
recording, with an emphasis on the artists impact on the genre or the music
scene in general. Some reviews are as short as one paragraph. Most
featured reviews run from 6 to 12 paragraphs. About 70% of the music
we review is indie, so if you are looking to discover new music this is
the perfect opportunity.
If you think you
have what it takes, live in the continental United States (or Canada) and
wish to write CD reviews in exchange for free CD’s please send a blank
email to antiMUSICwriter@ieginc.com
and an automated response email will be sent you with details on how to
apply.
ONLY SERIOUS INQUIRIES WANTED. IF YOU KNOW YOU WILL NOT HAVE TIME
FOR THIS PLEASE DO NOT APPLY!
Live reviews are
open to our CD review staff.
