In this age of hip-hop, rap-rock, primal screams and droptuning it's hard to find good �ol fashion hard rock. Fear no more, Stoner Kings spring forth from Finland to deliver the goods with "Brimstone Blues" which mixes up some potent GNR style rock and classic 70's and 80's style hard rock of the likes of early L.A. Guns, "Sad Wings" era Priest and "Restless Breed" era Riot. A bit heavier and faster than classic raunchy hard rock, Stoner Kings take the genre to the logical next level. You would be wise not to confuse this group with bands like Buckcherry and Hardcore Superstar these guys take their chops a bit more seriously and when you want guitar leads you get em, not just a wall of power chords plus the plain out rock harder. Don't let the name foul you, yes this stuff will appeal to "stoner rock" fans but should appeal to serious hard rock fans as well.
