VH1s Forever Wild host, Sebastian Bach, was arrested Wednesday in New Jersey and charged with making terrorist threats and drug possession according to the Associated Press.
The former Skid Row vocalist was arrested after getting into an altercation with a bartender at a Middletown, New Jersey pub Wednesday night. According to witnesses, Bach, real name Sebastian Bierk, became agitated when he wanted to go outside to have a cigarette and the bartender wouldnt allow him to take his drink with him. Witnesses told police that Bach then proceeded to shove the bartender and other patrons pulled Bach to the back of the bar where he reportedly told those who were holding him that he wanted to go home, get a gun and return to the bar to shoot the bartender. He then reportedly asked the other bar patrons who were holding him, Dont you know who I am?
MTV News reports that Police were called out to the bar, and immediately arrested Bach for disorderly conduct. The officers told Bach to calm down, but the agitated singer continued to make threats towards the bartender and asked the officers to arrest him. When officers searched Bach they discovered two five grams bags of marijuana as well as several packs of rolling papers.
Bach continued his tirade one he arrived at the Middletown police precinct, according to the MTV News report. Bach reportedly yelled at the officers who were booking him, "F*** you, cops, you're all a bunch of f***ing idiots." When asked if he knew why he had been arrested, the police say that Bach responded, "Yeah, because I like to smoke a lot of weed." antiMUSIC was unable to confirm at press time whether Bach called the arresting officers Mother Truckers or not.
Once he was in a holding sell, Bach continued to make threats against the bartender, He said, 'I'm going to go shoot [the bartender], Middletown police Sgt. Joe Capriotti was quoted in the MTV News report. "No, I'm going to go beat him up and then shoot him. Wait 'til you see what I do.' "
Because of the continued threats being
made by Bach, police called a judge asking that Bachs bail be raised to
$10,000. Bach Posted bail the next day and was released from custody.
