Ratt Guitarist battles AIDS

The former Ratt Guitarist Robbin Crosbys battle with AIDS has reportedly taken a turn for the worst according to one of his former bandmates. Crosby was infected with the HIV virus in 1994.

Robbins former Ratt bandmate, bassist Juan Croucier Posted a message on his official website that said Robbin doesnt appear to be doing that well. Juan Croucier wrote, "I talked to Robbin and he is now living in an apartment in Hollywood. He says he's doing fine. He sends he's best wishes to everyone.

"I'm gonna cut the s**** here," Juan wrote. "Robbin has problems and he didn't sound 'fine' to me. I'm not at liberty to really talk about what is going on, but at the same time, I'm also not going to BS people about what is going on."

That is about all the information we have right now on Robbins condition, but we will report more as we learn it.

from CDnow.com - R.Kelly charged with 21 counts of Child Porn Violations.

The Cook County, Ill., State Attorney's Office announced on Wednesday (June 5) that felony child pornography charges have been filed against R&B star R. Kelly.

The R&B performer whose real name is Robert Kelly now faces 21 counts of violating Illinois child pornography laws, which consist of the following: 7 counts of videotaping the sexual act with an underage femal, 7 counts of producing the video of the sexual acts, and 7 counts of enticing an underage female into having sexual relations. If convicted, Kelly could be looking at a jail sentence of15 years and a $100,000 fine.

The charges stem from allegations that Kelly videotaped his sexual encounters with a 14-yearold girl in his Chicago home.

Kelly put out a statement shortly after the indictments were announced, "Even though I don't believe any of these charges are warranted, I'm grateful that I will have a chance to establish the truth about me in a court of law," said Kelly. "I have complete faith in our system of justice, and I am confident that when all the facts come out, people will see that I'm no criminal."

A full report of these current charges and other sexual allegations against the singer can be found at All Star News.
