Due to the surgery, the first two dates of the summer tour have been cancelled. The tour was to kick off this Sat in Bristow, Virginia but will now get underway on July 10th in Scranton, Pennsylvania.  The second scheduled stop on the tour in Pittsburgh for Sunday has also been cancelled but both shows are expected to be rescheduled for dates later this summer. 

Details about Sharon�s cancer are sparse. The only thing known at this point is she reportedly has a �curable� form of cancer, is expected to make a full recovery and her family is by her side.
