There is speculation that there is a very good chance that the unreleased song, �You Know You�re Right� will be included on the album. The song was originally set to be included in the Nirvana boxset, but plans for that release were shelved due to legal battles between Kurt Cobain�s widow, Courtney Love, Universal Music and Nirvana members Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic.

Inclusion of the song has yet to be officially confirmed but various press reports state that it is believed the song�s inclusion was worked out as part of a settlement reached between Love and the former band members over control of Nirvana.
