. ![]() (hennemusic) Black Sabbath are streaming video of their 1970 classic, "Iron Man", from their newly-released farewell concert film, "The End." The second single from the band's sophomore album, "Paranoid", reached No. 52 on the US Billboard Hot 100 while the album peaked at No. 12 on the US Billboard 200. Originally entitled "The End Of The End", the 2017 package has been renamed simply "The End." Directed by Dick Carruthers (Led Zeppelin, Rolling Stones, Aerosmith, Oasis), the project presents the last concert under the Sabbath brand by three-quarters of the original lineup in their hometown of Birmingham, England this past February. "Because it was Birmingham, it was a special night for us," says guitarist Tony Iommi. "It was great to look out and know that all these people have come to see us. What a great feeling. There's nothing like it." Available via Blu-ray/CD, DVD/CD, 2CD and 3LP configurations, all visual formats feature special bonus material of the band playing a selection of their favorite songs not performed on the farewell trek; these intimate live sessions at Angelic Studios were recorded in the days after their final live performance. here. hennemusic is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
