Motley Crue Tops Music Video Chart With The End DVD

(hennemusic) Motley Crue's farewell tour concert film DVD release, "The End: Live In Los Angeles", has debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Music Video Sales charts. Directed by Christian Lamb, the project presents the Crue's final live performance at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, CA this past New Year's Eve; the material is rounded with interviews and behind the scenes material shot by Jackass creator Jeff Tremaine. The group closed out the 18-month run with three shows in their hometown after a July 2, 2014 launch in Grand Rapids, MI saw them hit the road for the last time. The Final Tour consisted of 130 concerts around the United States, 16 shows in Europe, 5 shows in Asia, 6 shows in Australia region, and one in South America with a reported gross earnings of approximately 86 million dollars.
