(hennemusic) David Lee Roth pays tribute to David Bowie on the latest episode of his online series The Roth Show. Bowie passed away on January 10, just two days after his 69th birthday and the release of his final album, "Blackstar."

The Van Halen frontman reminisces about the early 70s-era when Bowie was exploring his Ziggy Stardust character, while recalling the fashions and styles of the day as he grew up in Southern California.

The singer has released several new editions of The Roth Show since his online return last month after a year without a social media presence.
Roth recently made headlines with the release of a new song, "Ain't No Christmas", as speculation in some corners of the internet continues about his future with Van Halen.

The singer's management responded to the recent chatter, saying, "It's poetry. It has nothing to do with Van Halen." Roth later issued a direct response on the matter via Facebook, stating: "On second thought, if all work is autobiographic, maybe this song is about Van Halen..." Watch the episode here.
