Katy Perry's Twitter Account Hacked
.
(Radio.com) Katy Perry's Twitter account was hacked on Monday (May 30th). The pop star's account was taken over at 9 p.m. when a Romanian hacker posted insulting tweets and racist comments as well as allegedly leaking a previously unreleased song. Using the hashtag "#HackersGonnaHack," the person who tweeted as Perry posted a Soundcloud link to a song called "Witness," which has since been deleted. The song was hosted on a Soundcloud page which is well known for featuring bootleg remixes, reported the NME. Though the vocals reportedly didn't sound like Perry, some have speculated that the track could have been penned by Bonnie McKee, Max Martin or Sia. Read more here.
