Degrassi Producer Would Welcome Drake Back Anytime
. Despite having moved onto bigger and better things, producers of the latest Netflix incarnation of Degrassi say Drake's always welcome back to his Alma mater. "He came out and gave us the biggest bear hugs and wanted to know how we were doing," she said. "He was with the show eight years. We say very fondly that we gave him his first job in show business� We knew he was [rapping on the side] so we said, 'Do you want an opportunity to rap on this show?' and he did."
