(Radio.com) Courtney Love Performs Radiohead's 'Creep' was a top 16 story of 2016: Over the last couple of years, Courtney Love has waded back into making music with a few new singles. Now and then she takes the stage and reminds us what made her an icon before offstage antics clouded public perception. One such event happened in Los Angeles earlier this week at a Linda Perry party for the movie Freeheld.

Love performed a cover of the Radiohead classic "Creep" oozing with the pensive, tortured, carnal intensity we know and respect. Yahoo News reports that her daughter Frances Bean Cobain looked on from the audience.

The event specifically celebrated the Linda Perry/Miley Cyrus collaboration that some have tipped for Best Original Song prospects at this year's Oscars. Check it out here.
