Clutch Release 'A Quick Death In Texas' Video
.
(hennemusic) Clutch have released a music video for "A Quick Death In Texas", a track from their latest album, "Psychic Warfare." Frontman Neil Fallon says the song was the final tune written for the project while they worked with producer Machine at his Machine Shop studio in Austin, TX. "I was staying in a kind of unique, maybe 100-year-old property, by myself," explains the singer. "I got spooked out because I come from the East Coast and the suburbs and I was out in the woods. That was the environment that brought out 'A Quick Death In Texas' - and the locals." The Maryland band start a European tour in support of the record at the Off Festival in Katice, Poland on August 5; the trek wraps up at the Reading and Leeds festivals in the UK at the end of the month. The group will then begin a headlining US tour at the Town Ballroom in Buffalo, NY on September 28. They'll be joined by Black Sabbath cover band Zakk Sabbath, featuring guitarist/vocalist Zakk Wylde (Black label Society, Ozzy Osbourne), bassist Rob "Blasko" Nicholson (Ozzy osbourne, Rob Zombie) and drummer Joey Castillo (Danzig, Queens Of The Stone Age), and Los Angeles-based metal band Kyng. "We are pleased to announce that this fall Clutch will be hitting the road again in the US," adds Fallon. "This time with Zakk Sabbath and Kyng. Clutch toured with Black Label Society a few years back and it was a blast - and no doubt, this one will be a blast as well. We hope to see you all there!"
