Arkells 'Drake's Dad' Video Stars Drake's Dad
.
(Radio.com) After Canadian band Arkells bumped into Drake's Dad (aka Dennis Graham), in a bar somewhere in Memphis last year, the only thing they could think of doing was write a song. Arkells tells the story with direct lyrics, vibey percussion and hook-filled melodies. The video follows the band's journey from Memphis to Nashville, TN, capturing some of the highlights of each city. Drake's dad, a musician himself, looks pretty swanky in his suit and hat. The video opens with the caption, 'The following is based on a true story." Arkells' new album, Morning Report, is scheduled for release August 5. Check out "Drake's Dad" here.
