Gomez dropped by Radio.com station AMP Radio to talk all about Revival and more with Carson Daly. On the process of making her new music� she said, "It took a year to put the album together and it was the first time someone in my life really kinda just said "alright it's up to you, what do you want to do?" and I had to figure out what I wanted to say. Even down to picking the first single, it was very stressful. When I went to Mexico it was to remove myself from the environment and get out of my head. I ended up writing four songs there and the title of the album, which is called Revival."
