Bon Jovi's Chinese Tour Dates Canceled By Authorities

(Radio.com) Bon Jovi is huge in China, and Chinese fans were looking forward to the band's first dates in the country, which were supposed to have taken place next week. However, the shows have been canceled without explanation.CBSN reports that it is believed that the shows were cancelled because the group has used the Dalai Lama's image on the band's video screens on a past tour. Bon Jovi's 2009 video "We Weren't Born to Follow" featured imagery from the 1989 Tiananmen Square protests against the Chinese government, which probably didn't help Bon Jovi's case. Read more here.
