Bobby Shmurda Denied Bail, to Remain In Custody Until Trial
. During a hearing on Monday, Judge James Burke set a new trial date of Feb. 22. Shmurda's lawyer asked that 21-year-old the rapper to be released while he awaited the trial, to no avail.
