Adele Surprises Adele Impersonators
. During her Adele at the BBC special, which aired Friday night (Nov. 20) in the U.K., the beloved singer got fitted for a new nose and chin implants to surprise the other girls who were auditioning for a fake pilot at the Wimbledon Theatre. Adele first chats with host Graham Norton where she shows off her clever disguise. Then she stands on the side of the stage with the impersonators under the alias "Jenny." The ladies chat about impersonating the icon and one says she "can't wait for the new album though?" "Jenny" quips, "Taking her time." Another impersonator says, "Try saying that to her face, I'd like to see the reaction." "Jenny" deadpans, "I would." "Jenny" is the last to perform and after finally gathering herself, she begins to sing "Make You Feel My Love." The reaction of the impersonators is hilarious and heartfelt as they one by one realize that Adele is really performing that stage. A few get emotional and by the end they all can't help but to join the singer. Watch the hilarious and emotional video here. Radio.com is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
