Taylor Swift Accused Of Stealing 'Shake It Off' Lyrics

(Radio.com) The New Daily News is reporting that singer Jesse Graham has filed a $42 million lawsuit against Taylor Swift which claims her song "Shake It Off" rips off a song he wrote in 2013.

Graham claims that the chorus to "Shake It Off" is too similar to his song "Haters Gone Hate" which contains the phrase "Haters gonna hate, players gonna play."

While the chorus to Swift's "Shake It Off" goes "Cause the players gonna play, play, play, play, play / And the haters gonna hate, hate, hate, hate, hate". Read more here.
