In the note she remembers the sleepovers they had after her divorce and getting ready for her first date with her new husband "when every one of you weighed in on what I should wear." "The roles were reversed," she writes, "And it was ME who needed nurturing." Knowles-Lawson says she's stating the obvious when she writes, "You are all strong, beautiful, intelligent and smart businesswomen. You are so much more than that.
