Beyonce's Mother Releases Open Letter To Her Girls
. In a loving note to her girls, which include daughters Bey and Solange, along with Kelly Rowland and niece, Angie, she says, "I gave birth to two of you, but I have four incredible daughters. Writing this brought to mind all the ways you guys have been such a blessing to me. "Every day, I wake up thinking about how much I love, admire and cherish each of you," she writes. In the note she remembers the sleepovers they had after her divorce and getting ready for her first date with her new husband "when every one of you weighed in on what I should wear." "The roles were reversed," she writes, "And it was ME who needed nurturing." Knowles-Lawson says she's stating the obvious when she writes, "You are all strong, beautiful, intelligent and smart businesswomen. You are so much more than that.
