Kacey Musgraves and Brian Wilson Release Duet
. (Radio.com) Kacey Musgraves has ditched the cowboy boots for a surfboard on her new collaboration with the Beach Boys' Brian Wilson. "Guess You Had To Be There" is one of the tracks featured on Wilson's upcoming album, No Pier Pressure, due out April 7. Musgraves sings the verses on the breezy track before Wilson enters on the chorus. In an interview with Rolling Stone, Wilson raved about the country singer. "When it's good it's good, when it's not--do it again. But after three tries, Kacey nailed it," he said. "I like the way she just slides over the notes--she has a very cool sound."
