Kendrick Lamar Reveals New Album Cover
. (Radio.com) Kendrick Lamar announced last week that his new album will be released on March 23, giving little information. But now, the album officially has a cover. Lamar revealed Wednesday morning (March 11) on Instagram a provocative photo that will be the cover for the follow-up to 2012's good kid, m.A.A.d City. The image is a black and white image of a group of black men standing in front of the White House holding piles of cash and alcohol. A white man with X's over his eyes, holding a gavel is lying down in front of them. It's definitely going to get people talking about the direction this album may take, which may be more political. "The Blacker the Berry," the only song to be revealed from this new album, certainly fits that bill. Lamar didn't offer much explanation of the image, instead, the caption of the photo reads: "'Don't all dogs go to heaven? Don't Gangsta's boogie? Do owl s-t stank? Lions, Tigers & Bears.
