Foo Fighters Tour Still On Despite Grohl's Broken Leg
. The band posted confirmation on their various social media pages that the show, the first of their North American tour, was going on as planned. They wrote, ""Can't f***ing wait for the 4th!!! See you at home, DC." The "see you at home" reference appears to apply to Grohl who spent most of his youth in Springfield, VA, a suburb of Washington DC where the 4th of July concert is scheduled to take place at the RFK Stadium. The concert will also feature performances from Buddy Guy, Gary Clark Jr., Heart, Joan Jett, LL Cool J featuring DJ Z-Trip, Trouble Funk and Trombone Shorty. The band's publicist also confirmed that the full tour will still be happening by sending out a slightly altered tour routing under the heading "Foo Fighters begin North American tour dates with July 4th 20th Anniversary blowout." The new routing shows that the band's originally scheduled concert on September 18th at the Honda Center in Anaheim, CA has been moved to October 17th.
