. Jetsmart, an app built by entrepreneur Sergey Petrossev, was created to help make the process of booking your own private jet easier. Historically, those who look to book private jets can run into trouble with endless paperwork and back and forth communication with brokers. Petrossev wanted to eliminate most of that. "I started the company out of a frustration with the process," Petrossov told Business Insider. "I kept thinking to myself, 'Why hasn't this service been brought into the digital world?'"
