Bobby Shmurda Will Still Face Gun Charge
. (Radio.com) Rumors going around that Bobby Shmurda's legal problems might be going away seem to be unfounded. XXL reports that the Shmurda gun charge from May of last year is indeed being dismissed, but only as a "procedural step in order to have the charge apart of the Special Narcotics' case." It seems that Shmurda will still face the charge in court. There is also some clarification as to what the charge stemmed from, and it is not related to allegations of Shmurda firing a gun into a crowd of people outside a barbershop in Brooklyn. The actual charge is from a search of Shmurda's home near the time of the barbershop incident, when a gun was found on the premises. Read more here.
