Lee Brice and Garth Brooks Do Surprise Duet
. (Radio.com) It was a night Lee Brice will never forget. At a recent tour stop in Boston on Saturday (Jan. 26), Garth Brooks brought out a surprise guest for a performance of "More Than a Memory." It was Lee Brice, who wrote the song, and Brooks took it to No. 1 back in 2007. This gave Brice his very first hit as a songwriter. "If you're a Lee Brice fan, then this song is probably more his than it is mine," Brooks said as he introduced Brice to the stage. "I love this guy." Brice then took the stage to screams and sang the song with Brooks' urging. Later that night, both Brooks and Brice recalled the night's events on Twitter.
