Randy Rhoads Tribute Album Details Revealed
. (Gibson) Late Ozzy Osbourne and Quiet Riot guitarist Randy Rhoads is about to get immortalized in a new tribute album featuring a high-profile roster of hard rock and metal musicians. Immortal Randy Rhoads -- The Ultimate Tribute , out March 3, will offer new renditions of 11 songs co-written by Rhoads and recorded Quiet Riot's Rudy Sarzo and Frank Banali, former KISS guitarist Bruce Kulick, Dio and Black Sabbath drummer Vinny Appice and Night Ranger's Brad Gillis. More rock 'n' roll glory on the album will come from current Ozzy Osbourne guitarist Gus G, former Whitesnake guitarist Doug Aldrich, Dweezil Zappa, Testament's Chuck Billy, Dokken's George Lynch and more. Rhoads' brother, Kelle, also performs vocals and keyboard on the set. Rhoads passed away at just 25 years old in a plane crash in Leesburg, Florida, in 1992. Check out the tracklisting here.
