Sigel had one of his lungs removed, according to TMZ. Apparently the shots to his back and torso punctured one his lungs so harshly that doctors weren't able to mend it.

Sigel sustained these injuries during a drive-by shooting in New Jersey one month ago when he was on his way home after taking his kids to school. Worse, the incident is believed to be a misfire as police think the target was the man standing next to Sigel.
