Jason Aldean Duets With Alabama's Randy Owen
. (Radio.com) It is no secret that Jason Aldean is an Alabama fan; after all, on his sultry track "Burnin' It Down," he name drops one of his biggest influences. So it comes as no surprise that Aldean would be working on a future collaboration with the band. This past weekend (Feb. 21) at his sold-out tour date in Nashville at Bridgestone Arena, Aldean treated his audience to a two-song duet with Alabama's Randy Owen. According to Country Weekly, Aldean and Owen sang some Alabama songs including a full-band performance of "Tennessee River." Then, the band went silent as Aldean and Owen performed "My Home's in Alabama" alone on two acoustic guitars. "Are you Southern born or Southern bred?" Owen shouts at the crowd midway through the song. Watch the duet here. Radio.com is an official news provider for antiMusic.com.
