Nickelback Singer Explains One Direction Collaboration
. In a new interview, Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger has revealed more details about his recent collaboration with members of the British boyband One Direction. The collaboration was revealed when studio engineer and former Daughtry and Trapt member Robin Diaz posted an Instagram photo showing Kroeger with One Direction's Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne, according to ABC. Now Kroeger explains the collaboration in a new interview with ET Canada. "They asked if I was gonna be in town and if I would like to come down to the studio and come up with some ideas on a song, just do a little songwriting," Kroeger says in the interview. "I was very flattered. I'm like, 'Wow, the biggest band in the world wants me to come down and spit out a couple ideas.'"
