Bobby Shmurda's Bail on Hold
. (Radio.com) Bad news for Bobby Shmurda and fans rooting for his release from prison. The rapper, thought to be on the way to release after posting a two million dollar bail, is not being released as expected. The New York Times reports that the suretor of the bond has withdrawn the money, and thus kept Shmurda locked up. Kenneth Montgomery, Shmurda's attorney, said that 'management associates' have put on hold the expected bail money. 'We're trying to do a new bond application and are in the process in the figuring that out," Mr. Montgomery said. 'We're hoping to get it done within the next week." Read more here.
